Instructions for Delta Online Payment: This website is intended for both agents and insureds who wish to make a payment for their policy issued by Delta General Agency Corp. Delta Lloyds direct bill policies are not yet available for credit card/e payment. With the insured's permission, the agent can make payments on behalf of the insured using the insured's payment information. We accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover and a small convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Electronic checks can be processed from a valid checking or savings account and no convenience fee is charged.

To Make a Payment:
  • Step 1-Enter the Delta invoice number or policy number you wish to pay. (The invoice # is preferred)Policy numbers must be entered exactly as they appear on the policy or invoice; they are hyphen sensitive where applicable. Invoice number is the preferred method, however, if a policy number is provided, payment will be applied to the oldest unpaid invoice for that policy.

  • Step 2- Enter the case-sensitive 3-digit Captcha Code and then click “Make Payment”.

  • Step 3-Click on “Enter Amount” and enter amount of your payment. Then click on “Save”. If paying more than one invoice, repeat Step 1 and 2.

  • Step 4-Select Payment Method and click on “Make Payment”.

  • Step 5- Complete the method of payment information screen.
